Welcome to Sacred Explorations, where you are invited to come into a relationship with grief, change and death that is life giving.
As a Life Transitions Doula, I provide compassionate, non-medical support to individuals and families navigating life’s many transitions. While much of my work is rooted in the sacred space of end-of-life care, the heart of what I offer—presence, planning, legacy, ceremony, and deep listening—can bring comfort and clarity at any stage of life.
When we are overcome by grief and stress our being yearns for something that makes sense. In returning to our innate wisdom and making decisions based on what resonates, we come back to a space of knowing that can provide for ground beneath our unsteady feet.
