Grief Support

Grief and Integration

Support doesn’t end with death. I offer sessions to process grief, honor loss, and find ways to integrate change with meaning and care.

Often we only relate grief to physical death yet grief can arise within any transition as these times of change often bring about a loss/letting go of some kind. This grief deserves tending to as well.
